Brett + Kimberly | The Wedding

The wedding of Brett & Kimberly took place on what seemed like the hottest day of the summer (and in traditional SD weather format it then rained that evening). And the guys being in black never ever complained. Everyone in their wedding was just so happy to be there sharing this day with the both of them. They both had incredibly gracious and kind friends and family.

I have to say that I must be blessed with the couples I get to work with, they are always so amazingly thoughtful and incredibly genuine people.

Brett and Kimberly planned their day perfectly, and I have to say that I love that they decided to see each other ahead of time. They had a private moment that will now be something they can look back at and be reminded of that moment in time without the nerves or anxiety of being at the front of the church. It also allowed for more time to have "couple" pictures taken of them without feeling rushed cause guests were waiting.

Thanks Brett and Kimberly, I was honored to be your photographer and wish you both best in your new exciting venture as Mr. and Mrs.

Andrew + Colleen | The Album

The beautiful classic summer wedding of Andrew & Colleen took place on the 5th of July with a close group of family and friends to help celebrate. With a touching ceremony lead by Andrew's best friend and a song performed by Colleen's dad, the day was filled with memories soon to not be forgotten. Of course that's where I come in and was absolutely honored to do so. :)

Damien + Aimee | The Album

I have Damien and Aimee's album proof ready to view, I love how clean and crisp it came together.

Sometimes I like to add elements to albums just to give them a little extra texture or depth, but with their pictures already having such great texture and depth from her grandparents farm, I just kept it really clean and elegant...very natural.

Josh + Desa | E-session

I'd like to always say everything relies solely on talent and experience...but I'd be wrong, cause when luck/fate (whatever one would like to call it) comes into play the results can just be amazing.

Take a look at this pic of Desa & Josh...everything just aligned...the timing, the location, the right couple (they were so relaxed & at ease in front of the camera), plus Desa's expression (perfect). I absolutely love how this shot looks! (I can so see this pic used as fragrance ad) And I'd be lying if I didn't say that there was a bit of luck involved in it. :)





But all the rest of them, well that's just plain talent with a GREAT couple. * ; ) *

Danny + Kimberly | E-session

All of my clients smile, laugh, and genuinely seem to enjoy themselves during the E-session shoot, but Danny & Kimberly took it to a whole new level. :)

Now granted these two have been temporarily living approx. 9 hours away from each other while finishing up school/working, but they laughed and laughed and truly just had fun together.

I think I can say these two are going to have a future full of fun and lots of laughing.
